Welcome to the “AsSALT Tour Best Trick SK8 Jam”. This event will follow an industry standard best trick competition – please read the information below for guidelines and more information will be given on the format of the contest in the application if you decide to continue.

Some key items to know before applying for the contest.

ALL riders 18 and older must register for the contest online, receive an acceptance email with attached SK8 contest waiver.  Once received, print the waiver and fill it out prior to arrival.  At registration, sign and present legal identification (driver’s license or passport) in order to receive final entry acceptance.

PLEASE NOTE: Do not email us to ask if you have been accepted - we will let YOU know if you are accepted into the contest.

Skating will be allowed in marked skate areas ONLY. Skating outside of those areas will cause immediate disqualification in the contest and possible ejection from all AsSALT events.

Each participant is required to wear a helmet. Pads are optional. Failure to do so will cause immediate disqualification in the contest and the athlete will not be allowed to skate on the AsSalt Tour SK8 course.

It is SUGGESTED (but not mandatory) that entrants are sponsored by a local SK8 shop or product vender to enter this contest. This will help to keep the talent levels to a high and realistic level in the competition.

AsSALT Tour reserves the right to cancel the SK8 contest due to weather inappropriate for skating, crowd or contestant control issues or any for any reason that the AsSALT Tour staff deem necessary.

These rules are not designed to discourage or control athletes, but to provide safe, fun and quality contest. Sign up quickly because this contest is limited to the first 100 approved entrants!!

Please read “entry rules” for other information to ensure you pass thru event security to the SK8 contest area. Failure to do so may prevent you from competing in the competition even if you are accepted as a contestant.
